Welcome to our blog
Recently l was watching an athletics event at a stadium. As l had quite a bit of free time, l decided to delete unwanted items on my phone. To my surprise, not only did l find images of things that l had intentionally downloaded, l also found images the l did not intentionally download. Read full article from here:
To be wise, one has to learn to be sober and learn from things that happen in life. From scripture we can see that the Lord expects us to learn from our surroundings. Sometimes the Lord also uses these things to catch our attention. Read full article from here:
Consider four specific roles which Jesus Christ came to earth to fulfill.
He Came To Be The Light of the World ~ “Then Jesus cried out and said, ‘He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness'” (John 12:44-47).
He Came To Preach The Gospel ~ “But He [Jesus] said to them, ‘Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because for this purpose I have come forth.’ And He was preaching in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and casting out demons” (Mark 1:38-39). Man was created with a free will. This is evident in the garden of eden where Adam choose to disobey God (1 Timothy 2: 14).
We do have a free will to choose what we want to do. The Lord will always give us grace to follow and do what is right, once we decide that's what we want.
Are you going through a rough time? Are you thinking, well, nobody else around me seems to be going through this, its only me? Why is it only me going through this?
We are grateful that God is never caught unawares. I read from a site recently something very encouraging. This was the summary of the statement: " if good parents plan ahead for their children, how much more God". Talk about exit plan, before the problem presented itself the Lord already made an exit route. You are coming out!

What a great way to describe a person and a honour. Let’s examine a few things about this disciple.
This was the disciple that was lying on Jesus bosom at laying at Jesus boson at the last supper.
John 13:23 Now there was leaning on Jesus’ bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved. Bosom signifies ‘the front of the body between the arms’ (vines expository dictionary of old and new testament words) or a person’s breast or chest (oxford dictionary)
For you to lay on a persons breast you must be close to them and very likely there will be a mutual likeness or love between you.

Many times, while reading my bible, I’ll have an “Aha” moment. It’s during those times I receive revelation about something that God is trying to tell me.
Not long ago while reading the book of Psalms, I came across a couple verses that nearly took my breath away.
I’m referring to Psalm 37: 32 – 33 which states in the Amplified version of the bible. Read full article from here:
I’ve recently been studying New Testament financial giving i.e. tithes, offerings, free will offerings, first Fruits, etc. and I’ve kind of come to the conclusion that our primary motive for giving should be our love for God. God wants us to give cheerfully (2 Corinthians 9:7), He wants us to give hilariously and he wants us to give because we love Him and the people that the
money will be used to bless.
God doesn’t need our finances; Bible says the cows on a thousand hills belong to him (Psalm 50:10), what would He ever need our money for.
